Each orange slice is handmade by us from a cane. Some slices have whole orange slices, halved orange slices, or twisted orange slices! The graham cracker crust is carefully textured on the sides, and has texture on the back sides as well. These cheesecakes are made of polymer clay and are glazed after baking to give them their shine! Because these tarts have smaller pieces (orange blossoms and leaves) they need to be handled more carefully!
