Important Disclaimer

All tracking issues you may experience with a USPS package will ultimately be resolved by USPS! We understand reaching out about these issues as we're the ones dropping off your packages, but once they leave our hands at the post office there's not much we can do besides advise you to either file a claim with USPS for a lost package or get in contact with USPS for tracking issues/errors!

For a list of tracking updates and what they mean, you can see that on the USPS website here!

My tracking says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" - what does that mean?

In most cases it means just what you would think - that we've purchased your label with your tracking number but haven't dropped off your package yet! However, sometimes this is inaccurate and means that your tracking isn't updating properly.

Generally, we ship all orders within 3-5 business days of an update, if we end up going over the 5th day we send out an email to make sure everyone is aware of the delays!

We've found that sometimes when we drop off large batches to the post office, not all packages are scanned in properly. This doesn't mean your package isn't still arriving, it just means you won't be receiving updates normally. We're unfortunately in no control of this.

Your package should still arrive normally, which domestically is about 3-7 days, and internationally 14-28 days. For domestic packages, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before filing a claim with USPS, especially if your package was mailed around any holidays that could cause a slowdown within the postal system. If you notice this error and reach out, there's sadly not much we can do on our end but advise you to continue waiting until either your package arrives or until the time comes to file a claim with USPS. All our packages are mailed out with insurance so that if this does happen we can figure out what to do!

You can always reach out to USPS at any time to see if you can get any updates on your tracking! Sometimes even though the tracking online isn't updating, they may have information about your tracking if you email or call!

My tracking has said "Arrived at USPS Facility in Pasadena, TX" for several days - what does that mean?

We mail all our packages through a Pasadena, TX post office, which means your package is in possession of the post office. Similar to the first tracking update, this most likely means your package has not been scanned in properly at it's next destination, or that there are some delays going on at the post office and that it hasn't shipped out from there yet. Your package should still be on it's way to you!

You can always reach out to USPS at any time to see if you can get any updates on your tracking! Sometimes even though the tracking online isn't updating, they may have information about your tracking if you email or call!

My tracking has said "Delivery Attempted - No Access" - what should I do?

Generally USPS will attempt redelivery on the next business day if they were unable to deliver previously. This could be because you live in a gated community, an animal interference prohibited delivery, or many other reasons! USPS advises that you do not need to take any action, and that they will attempt delivery again at a later date. If it's been over 24 hours since you received this last update, you can send a service request to your local post office for a follow up!
