Due to what seems to be consistent mail slow downs within the US and around the world, we unfortunately have to take away the option on our shop to ship internationally. We've chosen to do this as we would rather not have customers take the risk of either having their package arrive a month late, or simply be lost in the mail.
I myself grew up outside of the US, and was constantly frustrated with how many shops refused to ship internationally. Access to international shipping has always been incredibly important to me as I understand the struggle of not being able to purchase what you want due to where you live. We absolutely love and appreciate our international customers, and I hate having to exclude anyone from shopping with us, but for the better good of our customers we can't ship internationally and not worry.
Even our domestic packages have been slowed down, with all sorts of delivery errors - from being misplaced at delivery, being incorrectly marked as delivered, or getting lost entirely. The mailing system across different carriers seem to be struggling right now, and this is even worse for international packages - especially with customs slowdowns as well.
International shipping is always a gamble because international packages seem to find their way into the realm of lost packages much easier than our domestic packages, but with all of the slow downs occurring with not only USPS but UPS and FedEx, it doesn't feel right to let customers take on this risk knowing they may not receive their order - either in a timely matter or at all.
We apologize for this inconvenience, and it is absolutely not a permanent change on our shop. Excluding customers because they live outside of the US is something I've never wanted to do with our shop, but I can't confidently send out packages to our customers outside of the US knowing they may never arrive.
Thank you for your understanding with this change, and please know it wasn't an easy decision to make for our shop.
